Hartford Promise is a large-scale college success program dedicated to increasing the number of Harford Public School students achieving their educational goals. Our Integrated College Success Model is grounded in robust research on the challenges faced by first-generation students from low-income backgrounds, providing a clear and effective strategy to tackle systemic barriers and disparities in our educational systems.
